Recipe: Sauce Rémoulade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp course grain mustard
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped pickles
  • 1 Tbs champagne vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp kosher salt
  • Pinch of fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

Sauce Rémoulade mainIn a food processor fitted with a steel blade add all the ingredients together and pulse until the ingredients are incorporated well. Chill for 30 minutes and serve.

Serve with crab cakes
